Beth Alexander Memorial Award Scholarship Fund One $1,000 scholarship is awarded annually to a student enrolled at Garden Plain High School in Garden Plain, Kan. Chad McCune Scholarship Fund One $500 scholarship is awarded annually to a young man, between the ages of six and 19, who wishes to attend a summer camp of his choosing. E. Eugene Carter Scholarship Fund One $2,500 scholarship is awarded annually to a graduating senior from East High School in Wichita, Kan., who is enrolled in an accredited two- or four-year college or university in the United States, with plans of studying in the field of engineering or science. East High Alumni Scholarship Fund Members of the East High Class of 1955 offer scholarships annually (number of awards and amounts vary) to graduating seniors from Wichita High School East in Wichita, Kan. pursuing a variety of educational options. Forget Me Not Scholarship Fund Two $500 scholarships are awarded annually to Kansas men or women enrolled in an accredited college, university, seminary, junior college or vocational technical college in the United States. Galen and Brenda Schawe Scholarship Fund One $2,500 scholarship is awarded annually to a graduating senior from Wichita West High in Wichita, Kan. with a financial need who wishes to pursue technical training or academic studies.  Gregory Fleming Memorial Scholarship Fund One $500 scholarship is awarded annually to a graduating senior at Mulvane High School in Mulvane, Kan. for their first year of post-secondary education, including vocational or special education. J.D. Edmiston Scholarship for Track & Field Athletes Fund Two $250 scholarships are awarded annually to one male and one female student graduating from East High School in Wichita, Kan. James K. Pitetti Memorial Scholarship Fund One $1,000 scholarship is awarded annually to a graduating senior from Derby High School in Derby, Kan. Lorraine and Otis Smith Caddie Scholarship Scholarships (amounts vary) are awarded annually to selected caddies at the Flint Hills National Golf Club in Andover, Kan. Matthew Aaron Gamm Memorial Scholarship Fund One $1,000 scholarship is awarded annually to a student for expenses related to post-secondary education, including vocational and special education.
Olive Ann Beech Scholarship for Primary Care in Kansas Fund With an award of up to $10,000 annually, this scholarship is awarded to a third or fourth year medical student at the KU School of Medicine-Wichita. For application information, contact the dean’s office at (316) 293-2600.
Optimist Memorial Scholarship Fund One $1,000 scholarship is awarded annually to a Sedgwick County student. Randy Banks Memorial Scholarship Fund One $1,000 scholarship is awarded annually to a student planning to attend post-secondary education in the state of Kansas. Rich & Hannah Kerschen "Law Company Family" Scholarship Through the generosity of Rich and Hannah Kerschen, two $800 scholarships will be awarded annually to two children or step-children of Law Company employees.
Soroptomist/Olive Ann Beech Memorial Scholarship Fund Scholarship funds (amount varies) are awarded annually to students attending Wichita Area Technical College (WATC), with preference given to adult women who are endeavoring to acquire a career which will benefit themselves and others who may depend upon them. The Military Officers Association of America Junior ROTC Scholarship Fund This Fund provides scholarships (number of awards and amounts vary) annually to outstanding Junior ROTC cadets in USD 259 and USD 260.
The Patricia G. Smith MICU Nursing Scholarship Fund Various scholarships are awarded annually to qualified nursing staff employed in the Medical Intensive Care Unit at Wesley Medical Center in Wichita, Kan., for the purpose of attending continuing education classes for professional growth and development. Timothy Seguine Northwest High School Scholarship Fund One $2,000 scholarship is awarded annually to one high school senior graduating from Wichita Northwest High School in Wichita, Kan. Wichita Aero Club Humphrey Scholarship This $5,000 scholarship seeks applicants who wish to make a significant contribution to the business of aviation and aerospace. Wichita Aero Club Stimpson Scholarship This $5,000 scholarship seeks applicants who wish to make a significant contribution to the aviation industry. Wichita Orthopedic Fund Residency grants of up to $5,000 are awarded to second-year residents in Wichita, Kan., interested in becoming orthopedic surgeons. William & Hazel Busch Endowed Scholarship Fund This scholarship (amount varies) is awarded annually to a student in the Conway Springs/Argonia, Kan. area.
